Draw me a journey – The ‘ideal traveler’s experience’, by Chloé Cortinovis, Bienvenue Factory’s Managing Director, Singapore
Recently, a client asked me “What is your ideal traveler’s experience?” and I thought it fun to put words on this imaginary journey.
Bolide, my digital hostess, is the queen of organization. Everything is so simple with her: activate the vocal command to book my ticket and baggage pickup or select the latest movies that will distract me during my flight… and insomnia.
On D-Day, a driver relieves me of the stress of finding a way to go to the airport and offers me some Pierre Hermé macarons to eat along the way. They really know what I like. Upon arriving, Bolide guides me through boarding. Check-in and security checks are over in a fraction of a second thanks to the pre-recording of my fingerprints and facial recognition.
The enchanted interlude begins: transit becomes a space full of life, feelings, and imagination. The architecture is beautiful, filled with light, and reassuring. Coffee places are cozy. Bolide has selected pretty stores where I am awaited by a sales assistant.
Say bye to mental load and hello to never-ending personal time – manicures, photo exhibitions, shopping, relaxation, and buying surprise presents for my family.
The flight is an extension of this experience. Upon arrival, a driver takes me to the hotel. My luggage is already in the room. I enjoy Oolong tea while listening to my playlist.
