With 20 years of experience in the creative industries, including 10 years spent designing and developing tailor-made programmes for luxury brands and groups, Chloé has an unparalleled understanding of the luxury retail landscape. She worked as a strategy and business development consultant for high-end fashion brands before rising to managing director of a training consultancy in Paris.
Chloé moved to Singapore nearly five years ago. Since then, this city, along with Shanghai, Hong Kong and Seoul, have become her playground. She launched Bienvenue Factory in 2018 to help European executive committees, brands and operations teams develop their staff and transform their retail businesses in Asia.
Chloé holds an Executive MBA in Global Fashion Management from the Institut Français de la Mode, which draws on expertise from New York, Paris and Hong Kong to give graduates a truly international perspective.
Adeline is passionate about retail and is always in the know of new openings.
She specialises in customer experience, omnichannel strategy, retail-tainment and the future of in-store shopping.
She brings nearly 20 years of retail expertise in her role at Bienvenue Factory.
Starting her career at L’Occitane en Provence, Adeline gained in-depth knowledge of visual merchandising strategy, store concepts, flagship stores, store animation and shopping experiences in the fast-growing cosmetics industry.
Adeline co-founded our European sister agency, Retail Factory, in 2017 before applying her skills to shaping Bienvenue Factory in 2018. She holds an Executive MBA in Global Fashion Management from Institut Français de la Mode, giving her an international outlook on the world of retail.
Alongside our exceptional team, we work with external partners when our clients’ projects require specific skill sets. Our partners are copywriters, graphic designers and more – people who add that extra special touch that takes retail businesses to the next level.
